1. Returns
– You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
– A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
– Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
– Used or installed parts
– Custom or special-order items
– Gift cards
3. Refunds
– Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
– If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or as store credit (if applicable).
– Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
4. Shipping Costs
– You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
5. Damaged or Defective Items
– If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
6. Exchanges
– We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us first.
